Browse our inventory and build your dream wishlist! Whether big or small, send it to our team—we're here to bring your vision to life!

2. WISHLIST RECEIVED
Once you submit your wishlist, our team will review it and send you a link to schedule a consultation!

3. CONSULTATIONS
Meet with our Senior Creative Designer, Katy, for a 1.5-hour consultation, available in person at the Charm Decor House Studio or virtually.

4. QUOTE SENT
After your consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote outlining all the pricing and specifics!

6. DELIVERY & SETUP
We deliver and set up your décor at your venue within our 60-mile service area, ensuring everything is perfect for your event.

5. DELIVERY DAY
We deliver within 30 miles of Holland. Need setup? Select the White-Glove Setup option at checkout.

7. POST- EVENT PICKUP
Relax—we’ll be back during your venue’s strike window to collect everything.
Once your quote is sent, you have the option to secure your items by signing the contract and placing a deposit, or you can allow the quote to expire.
By submitting your deposit and signed contract, Charm Decor House will reserve your selected items exclusively for you.
If you choose not to move forward, your items will return to our inventory for others to rent.
Need more time? No problem! Just reach out, and we’ll happily refresh your expired quote so you can sign and pay whenever you're ready.
