How it Works

1. CREATE YOUR WISHLIST
Browse our inventory and build your dream wishlist! Whether big or small, send it to our team—we're here to bring your vision to life!

2. WISHLIST RECEIVED
Once you submit your wishlist, our team will review it and send you a link to schedule a consultation!

3. CONSULTATIONS
Meet with our Senior Creative Designer, Katy, for a 1.5-hour consultation, available in person at the Charm Decor House Studio or virtually.

4. QUOTE SENT
After your consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote outlining all the pricing and specifics!

5. DELIVERY & SETUP
We deliver and set up your décor at your venue within our 60-mile service area, ensuring everything is perfect for your event.
Once your quote is sent, you can reserve your selected décor items by signing the contract and submitting a deposit. If you decide not to move forward, the quote will simply expire and the items will return to our invesntory for other clients to rent.
Once your deposit and signed contract are recieved, Charm Decor House will reserve yourselections exclusively for your event date.
Need more time? No problem. Just reach out and we'll gladly refresh your quote so you can review, sign, and pay whenever you're ready.
